These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of teamrespawn.net and related Website features operated by Team Respawn ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

About Team Respawn
Team Respawn is a fan website and content-creator site for strategy RTS games (including Halo Wars 2, Age of Empires, and Age of Mythology). We publish guides, walkthroughs, reviews, tools, and community features. We are not licensed or endorsed by Microsoft or other game publishers.
Eligibility
You must be able to lawfully use the Website under the laws that apply to you. Features that rely on Discord, Xbox, or other platforms also require you to follow those platforms’ terms.
Service description
The Website may provide blog posts, video catalogs, Halo Wars 2 stats lookup and meta tools, tournament brackets (beta), an optional Discord sign-in at /account for claiming your own game profiles, Storehaus bot information, game deal links, and other projects. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.
Affiliate links
Team Respawn participates in the Humble Bundle and Green Man Gaming affiliate programs (via Impact). Some links to those stores are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Offers, prices, and availability are controlled by the stores, not by Team Respawn.
Scraping and copying
Scraping, copying, mirroring, or otherwise systematically collecting our data or content is not allowedwithout our prior written permission. This applies to automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts, bulk API calls) and to manual copying intended to reproduce or redistribute our materials at scale.
Protected materials include, without limitation: game stats and match data (including Halo Wars 2, Age of Empires IV, and Age of Mythology lookups), leaderboards and meta aggregates, blog posts and guides, video catalogs, images, branding, site design, and any other original Team Respawn content or derived datasets we publish on the Website.
You may use the Website’s normal interactive pages for personal, non-commercial lookups. That limited use does not grant you a license to scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit our data or content.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website responsibly and not to:
- Scrape or copy our data and content. See the Scraping and copying section above. Do not bulk-harvest stats, match data, or other Website outputs by automated or manual means for redistribution.
- Sell or license our data. You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Website stats, meta aggregates, or similar outputs obtained from us.
- Republish Team Respawn content without permission. Do not copy, republish, or pass off our guides, articles, branding, site design, or original written/video content as your own without prior permission.
- Attack or abuse the Website. Do not attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems.
- Use the Website for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or harassing activity.
- Impersonate Team Respawn, organizers, or other users.
Game data and intellectual property
Halo Wars 2 statistics and related game data shown on the Website are obtained from public game services for informational community use. That underlying game data is likely the property of Microsoft and/or its partners. Team Respawn does not claim ownership of Microsoft’s game assets, trademarks, or official services.
Original Team Respawn content (our writing, videos, branding, site UI, and original tools) is owned by Team Respawn unless otherwise noted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer
Stats, AI summaries, integrity indicators, tournament brackets, and other tools are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Use at your own risk. Tournament features are offered as a beta community tool.
Availability
The Website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Respawn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on any information it provides.
Enforcement

Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. If you are under the age required by your local law to use Discord, do not use the Bot.
Service Description
The Bot provides game statistics, strategy information, and AI-assisted responses for RTS titles. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Bot responsibly and to not:
- Abuse, spam, or overload the Bot with excessive requests
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restricted functionality
- Use the Bot for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse Bot responses or data
- Sell or commercially redistribute Bot outputs or underlying game-stat responses at scale
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with the Bot or Team Respawn
Data and Content
The Bot may process command inputs to deliver responses. You are responsible for the content you submit through commands. Do not submit sensitive or private information. Underlying game statistics remain subject to the rights of Microsoft and other publishers; Storehaus does not claim ownership of that game data.
Third-Party Services
The Bot relies on third-party services (such as Discord and game data providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time for any reason.
